Why is KREHOUD cookware made of a titanium-alumi-num-steel composite rather than pure titanium? +

Pure titanium cookware has poor heat conductivity, heats up slowly, and distributes heat unevenly. Additionally, pure titanium is non-magnetic and cannot be used oninduction cooktops. This three-layer titanium-aluminum-steel construction is safeand healthy, conducts heat quickly, reduces energy consumption, and is compati-ble with induction cooktops.

Why did it stick to the pan the first time Iused it? +

The "non-stick" properties of titanium pans require a brief break-in period.The surface of a new pan is very clean, so it is difficult for oil to form a protective film right away.Please read the "Cooking Instructions" section of the user manual before using the skillet for the first time

Why do the bottom or sides of the pan turn blue,gold,or rainbow-colored? +

This is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. Pure titanium naturaly oxidizes at high temperatures to form anextremely thin oxide layer, which appears in diferent colors due to light interference (similar to titanium jewelryl.If you don't like the color, you can boilitin a mixture of white vinegar and water for a few minutes,then wipe it down; thecolor willfade. Do not attempt to remove it with a steelwool pad or strong abrasive, as this will damage the surface.

Why do titanium frying pans have a textured interior surface? +

Smooth-surfaced titanium frying pans have poor non-stick properties; the texture is not merely decorative, butrather relies on its physical structure to achieve three core functions: non-stick performance without a coating,optimized heat conduction, and enhanced wear resistance.

Why does the frying pan feel so heavy? It doesn't seem to weigh what a pure titanium frying pan should. +

Our titanium frying pan is cast as a single piece using a three-layer metal (titanium-aluminum-steel compositeprocess and is 2 millimeters thick. As a resul, it is slightly heavier than pure titanium; however, pure titaniumfrying pans are not suitable for use as single-metal cookware because they conduct heat slowly and unevenly
and are not compatible with some stovetops.
