Shipping policy

At Krehoud, we strive to process and deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below you’ll find all information regarding our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs.

Shipping Regions

We currently offer free shipping to the following countries:

  • United States

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Total Delivery Time: 6–15 business days
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (order preparation, packing, and dispatch)
  • Transit Time: 5–12 business days (time required for the carrier to deliver)

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak seasonal periods.

Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM EST: Processing begins the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 PM EST: Processing begins the following business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of size, weight, or location. No hidden fees at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package until it is delivered.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at krehoud@outlook.com.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check the following first:

  • Your neighbors or household members
  • Your mailbox, parcel locker, or front porch
  • Your local carrier office

Note: While Krehoud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, we will gladly assist you in opening an inquiry with the carrier.

Additional Information

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Delivery times may be slightly extended during major holiday sales or high-demand periods.
